IT Support Engineer - Windows / Microsoft

Technical Support Engineer (EUC Intune) Manchester / WFH to £45k Are you a Microsoft infrastructure Technical Support Engineer? You could be progressing your career at a scaling UK tech consultancy as a key part of the managed services team. As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a particular public sector client, handling the full spectrum of technical issues from initial contact (Tier 1) through to more complex resolutions (Tier 2). You will also carry out administration on M365, Power Platform, Intune, EntraID, Windows Server, Windows Desktops and Active Directory, maintaining clear and concise documentation, identifying recurring issues and contributing to the team's knowledge base. Location / WFH: There's a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days in the office per week.
