Speech and Language Therapist – Full Time | ASAP Start | Ongoing Role Redbridge A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Redbridge is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Speech and Language Therapist to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, making a real difference to students across all year groups. The Role: · Deliver targeted speech and language support to students across KS3–KS5 · Work on both a 1:1 basis and in small group settings · Assess, plan and implement effective intervention strategies · Support students with a range of Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and wider SEND · Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCo and wider support teams The Ideal Candidate Will: · Hold a relevant degree (essential) · Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting · Have a strong understanding of SEND, particularly speech and language needs · Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills · Be patient, adaptable and committed to supporting student progress · Have a valid Fully Enhanced DBS on update service (or willingness to apply for one) What’s on Offer: · Full-time, ongoing position · Supportive and collaborative school environment · Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and development · Immediate start available If you are passionate about supporting young people and are looking for a rewarding role within education, we would love to hear from you.
