VP of People: Scale, Culture & Org Design

Zinc is seeking a VP of People to build and execute effective strategies as we scale from 150 to over 200 employees in London. You'll shape the culture and ensure the best talent is attracted and retained.

Your responsibilities will include defining a 2-year people strategy, designing organizational structure, and leading initiatives that keep our culture strong. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in tech or SaaS environments, particularly at the VP level.
