What Youll Be Doing

  • Speaking with business owners and decision-makers (inbound + outbound leads)

  • Build rapport quickly and understand their exit goals

  • Guide prospects from first conversation through to signed engagement

  • Handle objections confidently

  • Work closely with internal M&A teams for smooth onboarding

  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business development / closing

  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and business owners

  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets

  • Commercial awareness and ability to ask the right questions

  • Driven, resilient, and motivated by earning potential
