Production Team Leader – Food Manufacturing Lead from the Front. Drive Performance. Deliver Quality. We are recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced food manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on driving production performance, leading teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily production operations across processing and packing * Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved * Motivate, manage, and support production staff on shift * Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety * Monitor HACCP and quality procedures * Reduce downtime, waste, and improve operational efficiency * Liaise with engineering and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly What We’re Looking For * Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within food manufacturing * Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards * Experience working in a fast-paced production environment * Confident communicator with strong leadership skills * Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement * Good IT skills and knowledge of production systems What’s on Offer * Opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business * Supportive and fast-moving environment * Career progression opportunities * Competitive salary and benefits
