Behaviour Intervention Mentor - Lewisham - £100-£120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

• Behaviour Intervention Mentor - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour required
• Behaviour Intervention Mentor - Experience working in a PRU or alternative provision highly desirable
• Behaviour Intervention Mentor - Must be confident delivering behaviour interventions and de-escalation strategies
• Behaviour Intervention Mentor - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Behaviour Intervention Mentor

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Intervention Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a PRU setting. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to deliver targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and re-engage with education. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, tracking pupil progress and supporting reintegration into mainstream or further education pathways.
