Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Property Clearance Operative to clear out and clean void properties. No driving license is required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Property Clearance Operative:
Working in a team of 5 to clear out and clean void properties ready for new tenants
Removing unwanted items such as furniture and household waste
Carrying out loft and garden clearances
Completing cleaning work before new tenants move in
