As the Home Care Registered Manager, you'll lead domiciliary care services and a Day Centre, ensuring regulatory compliance and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities of the Home Care Registered Manager * Provide leadership for domiciliary care and Day Centre services * Ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Health & Social Care Act * Manage care planning, risk assessments, and rota management * Supervise staff, manage performance, and meet KPIs * Collaborate with leadership and partners to deliver high-quality care Skills and Experience Required as Registered Manager * 2+ years as a registered Home Care Manager in domiciliary care * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent * Deep understanding of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act * Proven track record in care planning, risk assessment, and rota management * Strong leadership, performance management, and engagement skills * Clean driving licence and access to personal transport The Ideal Candidate We seek a dynamic Home Care Registered Manager who can motivate teams in a challenging market.
