Job Title: Administrator / Order Processor
Salary: £26,500
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Monday to Friday: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming and outgoing emails efficiently
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone, including both receiving and making calls
* Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
* Working with spreadsheets and general administrative systems
* Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
Skills & Experience:
* Confident using computers and standard office software
* Experience with Sage (preferred but not essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Personal Attributes:
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
