Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative / Roofer

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters, Multi-Trade Operatives, and Roofers to join our growing team.

These are varied, hands-on roles, ideal for experienced tradespeople with a strong background in carpentry, multi-trade work, or roofing.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, multi-trade, or roofing
• Roofing experience is essential
• Strong all-round trade knowledge
• Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Pay & Benefits

• £175 – £230 per day – from £45,000 to £59,800 (depending on experience and package)
• Company van and fuel card
• Uniform and PPE supplied
• Overtime, evening, and weekend work available
• End-of-year performance bonus
• Company pension (PAYE staff)
• Ongoing training, certifications, and development support

Additional Details

• Travel required across commercial sites within the South East
• Immediate start available
• Job Type: Full-time
