Due to continued growth, expansion across our business, and a number of internal promotions, Centum Engineering is seeking an experienced HR Specialist / HR Business Partner to join our team and establish a strong HR presence within our Toome office. As one of the leading engineering companies operating across Northern Ireland, Dublin, and Europe, we are looking for a people-focused HR professional who can support our growing workforce while helping to shape and strengthen our culture, policies, and employee experience. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to partner with business leaders and employees across a dynamic engineering environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving best-practice HR initiatives while supporting the continued growth and development of our people. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR support and guidance to managers and employees. Lead and develop HR policies and procedures in line with Irish and European employment legislation. Support employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives. Champion employee voice programmes and foster a positive workplace culture. Support talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning activities. Partner with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives. About You Previous experience in a HR Specialist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role. Experience within the Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Irish and European HR practices and employment legislation. Proven experience managing employee relations matters and supporting organisational growth. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
