Are you a **Psychology Graduate** with a strong interest in **behaviour, mental health, and SEND**? Looking to take your first step into a rewarding role within education?
Aspire People are recruiting for a **Behaviour Support Assistant** to work within a primary school setting, supporting pupils with **SEMH needs, Autism, and behavioural challenges**. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children to overcome barriers to learning.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, and social development
* Assisting with behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
* Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage positively in learning
* Supporting classroom activities and structured interventions
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
**What You'll Gain:**

* Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
