CAD TechnicianCertain Advantage is hiring for a CAD Technician based in the Widnes area.This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.The CompanyWe’re working with a sheet-metal fabrication and electrical enclosure specialist, delivering services from design through manufacture and finishing to a range of industrial sectors.Does this sound like your next career move?If you’re ambitious to grow, this may be your next role?The Role:This role is for a CAD Technician—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Drawing packs, for production and works orders.
• Decide on types of drawings for the job or project- 2D, 3D or other.
• Check customer requirements, technical questions (TQ’s), etc.
• Design part profiles on software RADAN, subcon, punch or manual work
• Oversee the production process

The Individual We’re looking for people who can show:

• Sheetmetal/fabrication CAD Team
• CAD software/relevant qualification
• Liaising with customers
