Following strong growth, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to support the next stage of scaling across engineering, product delivery, and platform capability. This is a hands-on Engineering Management role focused on scaling teams, improving delivery predictability, and strengthening both the product and underlying architecture. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, overseeing day-to-day delivery while helping shape technical direction, team structure, and engineering best practices.
