Job Title: Careers Officer, Aspirations and Achievement Officer Area: Newham, East London Start Date: 20/05/2027 Contract Type: Fixed Term Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Working hours: Full time, term time Brief description: Support students in Years 7 to 11 by coordinating careers guidance activities, employer engagement and post 16 planning to help pupils make informed decisions about their futures. About the role: As Aspirations and Achievements Officer, you will work with students across Years 7 to 11, organising events, guidance sessions and external engagement to support future planning. We're looking for a dedicated candidate to: Deliver careers guidance and aspiration activities Coordinate employer and provider engagement Support students with post 16 transition planningRequirements - The ideal candidate would have: Experience in careers education or youth guidance Strong organisational and communication skills Experience working with secondary aged students Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
