We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established high-volume hotel in Bournemouth, for an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy all-day dining kitchen, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and a strong afternoon tea offering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of a high-volume, fresh food operation within a popular destination hotel.

Lead and develop a motivated kitchen team
Deliver consistent, high-quality all-day dining and afternoon tea
Manage GP, stock control and kitchen costs
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Work closely with senior management on menus and service xwzovoh delivery
About You:
Experience as a Head Chef in a hotel or high-volume fresh food environment
Confident leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong understanding of cost control and GP management
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and guest satisfaction
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
