What Youll Be Doing Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading and motivating the kitchen team during service
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
Helping develop seasonal menus and daily specials
What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step xwzovoh up
Passion for fresh food and high-volume service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy events periods
