About Us The Den is a cosy, stylish café and bar in the heart of Bath, known for its warm atmosphere, great coffee, and high-quality food. Were looking for a passionate and creative Chef to take the lead in our kitchen. If you love creating fresh, flavourful dishes and enjoy working independently in a relaxed yet fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Do
Prepare and cook a range of brunch and lunch dishes to a high standard
Ensure every plate looks and tastes fantastic
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
Manage stock, place orders, and plan prep efficiently
Work with the team to develop and refine menus
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
What Were Looking For
A genuine passion for food and quality
Previous kitchen experience (café or bistro experience a bonus)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
