We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead one a high-performing, fast-paced kitchen. As Head Chef, youll lead from the front, developing your team, driving consistency, and delivering an exceptional product day in, day out.
What youll be doing Leading, coaching, and developing a strong and engaged kitchen team.

Delivering consistently high food standards in a high-volume environment.

Managing labour, stock, and kitchen costs in line with business targets.

Creating a positive, accountable kitchen culture with a focus on teamwork.

Maintaining full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Collaborating closely with the General Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What were looking for Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, quality-led operation.

A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a consistent product.

Commercially aware with experience managing KPIs and kitchen performance.
