Wednesday to Sunday Service
We're looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. This is your opportunity to be part of something bigger, delivering food that's not only delicious, but also nutritious, sustainable, and driven by purpose.
Working pattern:
Wednesday to Friday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Saturday & Sunday: Breakfast and lunch service
What you'll be doing:
Supporting daily kitchen operations with efficiency and professionalism
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency and flair
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and stock control standards
Assisting with menu planning, specials, and themed events
Encouraging a positive, respectful, and team-focused kitchen environment
Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement
What you'll bring:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar Sous Chef role
Strong culinary skills and a keen eye for detail
Solid knowledge of food safety and sustainable practices
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
A genuine passion for food and pride in your craft
