Production Welder

McMullen Facades Ltd are currently recruiting for Production Welderfor our Portadown site. Excellent salary on offer starting at£16.50ph depending on skills and experience. Benefits include: Four day week Hours of work Monday to Thursday 7am to 17:15pm Full PPE provided including Safety boots, Safety glasses and Hi-Vis vest Corporate Gym membership Health Care Plan Accident and Life Cover Cycle to work scheme Employee Referral Scheme Key Responsibilities Welding mild steel and aluminium components using MIG (TIG experience advantageous) Working to engineering drawings and job specifications Producing quality welds to meet production and quality standards Carrying out basic fabrication work including cutting, grinding, and finishing Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times Maintaining a clean and organised work area Meeting production targets and deadlines Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a production welder or fabricator Confident welding mild steel and aluminium MIG welding experience essential (TIG desirable) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK Skills: Welding production welding fabrication BS EN ISO 9606 within 2 year validity Benefits: Private Healthcare Private Pension Gym Membership
