Chef de Partie benefits:
£40,000 per annum
Lunch & Dinner service with a small, seasonal Mediterranean menu
Professional brigade of 7 chefs
Executive Head Chef with Michelin and Three AA Rosette background
Prime Kensington location
60+ covers at lunch, 2030 at dinner
Set day off: Monday + one other
9:30pm typical finishing time
