Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Winsford CW7 Salary: £50,000 £55,000 (DOE) £5,000 Annual Bonus Contract: Full-time About the Role Our client provides specialist residential care for children aged 1117 who have experienced trauma, abuse, exploitation, or have learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement Support and develop the care team through supervision and training Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years experience working with children with emotional/behavioural difficulties At least 1 year in a senior/supervisory role Proven success in achieving a minimum xwzovoh 'Good' Ofsted rating Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience in therapeutic or youth justice settings Counselling or team-building skills Why Join?
