Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Location: Near Bank Station, London
Pay: £17.55 per hour
Working Days: Monday - Friday (with occasional weekend shifts)
Working Hours: Between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM (shifts will vary within this time frame)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team near Bank Station. This role involves overseeing daily catering operations, managing a team, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day catering service

Lead and motivate catering staff

Ensure high standards of hygiene, health, and safety

Maintain stock and order supplies as needed

Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality setting

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work flexibly within the 6 AM - 8 PM window

Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or above preferred)

Additional Information:
Primarily Monday to Friday shifts, but there will be a requirement to work approximately 3 weekends per year.
