French & Spanish Teacher (KS3/KS4) - Swindon Immediate Start | MPS/UPS

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages Teacher specialising in French and Spanish to join a welcoming and high-performing school in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners looking to develop their careers within a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about language learning, capable of delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, and committed to helping students develop strong communication skills in both French and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Adapt teaching methods to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in wider school life

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A degree in French, Spanish, MFL, or a related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
• Strong classroom management xwzovoh and organisational skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
