About You

We are looking for someone who brings energy, compassion, and professionalism to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and carers
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with families to enhance children’s learning and wellbeing
  • Collaborate xwzovoh effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that respects each child’s cultural and medical needs
  • Raise any concerns regarding a child’s welfare with the Nursery Manager, maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Adhere to all nursery policies, procedures, and statutory childcare regulations
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development
