SIS is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new supported living service in Stone, Staffordshire. We are looking for passionate Support Workers who can bring a range of skills and experience to support individuals within a mental health setting.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:

About the Service
Sherwood House is a newly refurbished service featuring 12 self-contained, one-bedroom apartments located in the heart of Stone, close to local amenities and transport links.
For many individuals, this will be their first opportunity to live semi-independently and develop essential life skills. This creates a meaningful opportunity for Support Workers to positively impact people’s lives while helping to build a strong, supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
- A genuine passion for making a difference
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and adaptable individuals
- Creativity and initiative within a care setting
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours (through work or personal experience)
