Residential Support Worker - Secure Accommodation Location: Sheffield Salary: £29,093 per annum + allowances Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (early and late shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins) Contract: Permanent Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK Job Summary We are looking for committed, resilient, and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our secure accommodation team in Sheffield. You will work with young people who are either vulnerable, on remand, or serving custodial sentences. This is a meaningful role where you can make a real difference every day.
