Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative strategies to engage students who struggle in mainstream settings.
- Apply therapeutic teaching methods in a nurturing environment, focused on positive behaviour management.
- Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, learning, and social communication challenges.
- Inspire and motivate students to overcome barriers and achieve academic success.
- Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
