Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

£50,000 - £54,000 + Overtime + Progression + Training + Health Cash Plan + Excellent Company Benefits

Ideally Located: Wrexham, Chester, Deeside, Buckley, Oswestry, Whitchurch, Ellesmere Port, Nantwich, ETC

Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a supervisory position within a well-established company, offering an exciting and varied role with a mix of hands on and supervisory responsibilities?

You will be responsible for supervising planned and reactive maintenance activities across a fast-paced manufacturing facility, leading a team of engineers while supporting production operations, driving engineering standards, and minimising downtime. This is an electrically biased position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

This role would suit an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer looking to step up into a supervisory role, offering long-term progression opportunities and excellent training within a varied manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Mix of hands-on maintenance work and leading a team of engineers
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern, Days and nights
• Fantastic opportunities to progress into more senior roles

The Candidate:

• Electrically biased, comfortable fault finding on machinery
• NVQ / Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
• Looking for a long-term role with great training opportunities and progression routes
