Programme Operations Manage

Wiltshire Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

Our client is looking for a Programme Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity and strong operational rigour to a fast-paced in-house advertising environment.

This is a hands-on, lead-level role for someone who understands how advertising teams work and enjoys building frameworks that improve delivery, resourcing and governance.

What You'll Do

• Run a programme / PMO-style function for the advertising team
• Own resource planning, demand planning and utilisation analysis
• Create governance, documentation and efficient ways of working
• Allocate resources across multiple marketing teams
• Use data to support decision-making and improve delivery

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an advertising or marketing-led environment
• Background in programme operations, PMO or resource planning
• Organised, analytical and confident working across teams
• Senior capability with a hands-on mindset
