Head of QHSE

A growing organisation in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Head of QHSE to lead and develop a high-performing QHSE team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is confident managing a diverse operational workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a QHSE team, ensuring effective workload distribution and consistently high performance.
• Oversee delivery of QHSE services across multiple client contracts, maintaining strong engagement and service quality.
• Contribute to business development activities, including supporting tenders, onboarding new contracts, and strengthening client relationships.
• Ensure compliance and continual improvement across Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, Information Security, and GDPR requirements. xwzovoh
• Maintain and enhance standards aligned with ISO , and 27001.
