The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bartender/Cocktail Waiter to join our team. This is an afternoon to late-night position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages Provide exceptional table service in our dining and bar areas Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience Maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including sake, Japanese whisky, and cocktails Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Handle cash and card transactions accurately Comply with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
Essential Requirements:
Genuine passion for hospitality and dedication to excellence Previous experience in a bartending Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods Flexible availability to work afternoons, evenings, and late nights mainly Friday and Saturday Professional appearance and demeanor Right to work xwzovoh in the UK
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Japanese beverages and Cocktails Experience in Bar or Restaurant
