We are looking for an experienced level-headed Chef De Partie to join are fantastic team on the sauce section in a modern British restaurant serving the very best of seasonal British produce.
Chef De Partie experience:
Experience in quality volume restaurants and a solid work ethic.
Be a keen team player and have a determination to grow and develop as a chef.
Busy Canary Wharf Restaurant, Roof Terrace and Cocktail Bar.
Understand menus - modern British,utilizingthe best possible seasonal produce.
Previous experience working in busy and upmarket establishments.
Experience with a large team, 12+ chefs.
