We are recruiting on behalf of a stylish, quality-led fine dining restaurant looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CDP who enjoys working at a high level while benefiting from a structured rota and excellent work-life balance.

£40,000pa + Paid overtime (£20ph)
40 hours per week
Closed Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
Competitive salary (dependent on experience)

About the Job:
Running your section to a high standard during service
Supporting the senior kitchen team and mentoring junior chefs
Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across dishes
Assisting with prep, stock control, and waste management
Upholding all food safety and hygiene standards
About you:
Experienced Chef de Partie in a quality-focused kitchen
Background in fine dining or fresh, high-end food environments
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Passionate about food, quality ingredients, and teamwork
