Restaurant General Manager
€48,000pa + TRONC & BONUS
We are recruiting on behalf of one of Polands leading hospitality groups for an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead the opening of a brand new premium dining restaurant in Warsaw.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious General Manager looking to relocate internationally and play a key role in a high profile launch within a forward thinking and well backed hospitality business.

About the Job:
Oversee the full pre-opening and launch of the restaurant
Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premium dining environment
Manage budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance
Ensure operational excellence across service, compliance, and standards
Work closely with senior leadership and culinary teams
About you:
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior General Manager
Background in premium dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality concepts
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
Confident managing new openings or relaunches
Open to relocation and excited by an international career move
