Production Operative

JT Recruit are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Chesterfield, this role is working Monday through Friday, 8am 4.30pm.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business specialising in the production of high-quality street signage and posts, with permanent positions available for the right candidates.
Duties may include:
Manufacturing and assembling signage products
Operating machinery and production equipment
Quality checking finished products
Packing and preparing items for dispatch
General warehouse and production duties
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate requirements:
Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
