Estimating Manager - Cladding and Roofing

We are currently working with a well-established and highly respected roofing and cladding contractor based in Norwich that is looking to appoint an experienced Estimating Manager to join its senior team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded estimating professional to take ownership of the estimating function, combining hands-on tendering responsibilities with the leadership and development of an established team. The Role As Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for managing the estimating department while remaining actively involved in the preparation and submission of tenders. You will play a key role in securing new business, driving commercial success and ensuring the delivery of accurate, competitive bids. Working closely with directors, clients and operational teams, you will help shape tender strategy and support the continued growth of the business.
