Key Responsibilities Deliver high‐quality classroom teaching for Year 3 pupils, following the national curriculum. Assess, monitor and support pupil progress and development. Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Work collaboratively with year‐group colleagues to implement shared planning, resources and best practice. Contribute to wider school life, including assemblies, extra-curricular activities and community engagement. Candidate Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3. Strong classroom management, organisational and communication skills.
