2023 was the hotel's 60th anniversary, which has seen the refurbishment of Executive rooms and suites as well as a re-development of the lobby level, including a brand new restaurant and bar.

What will I be doing as a Demi Chef de Partie?
• Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
• Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
• Prepare and present high quality food
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
• Approaches food in a creative way
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
