Salary: £43,000 – £49,500 + up to 50% bonus

From 1st May the salary will be: £44,000 - £50,500

Report directly to the Regional Operations Manager while leading a high performing management and front of house team. You’ll take full accountability for the site’s P&L, drive sales and commercial performance, and maximise every revenue opportunity. You’ll champion Brewers Fayre brand standards, maintain excellent health and safety compliance, and build a positive, inclusive culture that puts guests and teams at the heart of everything you do.

You’re a confident, people focused leader with experience running high volume, guest facing hospitality operations—ideally within a branded restaurant environment. Commercially strong and passionate about developing teams, you’re ready to take ownership and position The Drove Brewers Fayre as a go to dining destination for local guests and visiting families alike.
