chef de partie required for a hotel in the skipton area, £30k, this hotel has lots of functions as well as a restaurant. this chef de partie role is about 40hrs a week, very easy menu to cook, lots of roasts, function menus and british classics. They can offer live in for the 1st 6 months whilst you relocate.

the role
as a chef de partie you will support the head chef and sous chef, you will run a section and also do the prep for the function sheet, ensure everything is ready on time and cook for the restaurant. this chef de partie role includes all the standard chef de partie duties
