Senior Recruitment Business Partner Bolton | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid | £50,000-£55,000 DOE I am looking for an experienced in-house talent leader to lead a high-performing recruitment and onboarding function within a fast-paced organisation.

The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment delivery across high-volume, corporate, and senior-level hiring, including executive appointments.
