We’re working with a purpose-driven organisation that’s seeking a motivated Account Executive to help grow and support its business membership network. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, developing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand the organisation’s reach and impact.

As Account Executive, you will:

  • Support the delivery of the organisation’s business growth strategy
  • Research and identify new member opportunities within the corporate and public sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals
  • Deliver engaging client pitches and presentations, both virtually and in-person
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent messaging and excellent service
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting through CRM systems
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to raise the organisation’s profile
  • Coordinate smooth onboarding for new members and oversee renewal processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in account management, partnerships, or business development (charity, membership, or professional services background ideal)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong research and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident presenting to external stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
