Year 4 Teacher – HA5 Location: HA5, North West London Start Date: June 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (Maternity Cover) A welcoming mainstream primary school in HA5 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their supportive team on a maternity cover basis. The Role As a Year 4 Teacher, you will: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management to ensure a positive learning environment • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing clear feedback and support • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment About You • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4 • Strong classroom practice and excellent behaviour management skills are essential • Good knowledge of the National Curriculum • Passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and development • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What’s on Offer • Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment • Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities • Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in pupils’ education • Valuable experience within a well-established primary school
