Warehouse Supervisor

You will play a key role in coordinating daily warehouse activity, leading a team on the shop floor, and ensuring operational targets are met safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and manage a fast-paced team environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Shift Manager in day-to-day warehouse operations Allocate workloads to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines Monitor performance and ensure delivery of the daily shift plan Manage attendance, timekeeping, return-to-work interviews, and absence processes Identify operational issues and escalate appropriately to management Maintain strong communication with the Shift Manager regarding tasks and updates Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor (80–90% of shift) Identify training needs and support team development Skills & Experience Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role Experience managing teams, including 1-2-1s and performance reviews Strong understanding of warehouse processes and best practice Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail How to Apply If you are an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next supervisory challenge, we would like to hear from you.
