The successful candidate will play a key role in operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in our compost manufacturing operations. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor/plant conditions. Team player with good communication skills. Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage. Flexible to work shifts.
