Warehouse Operative

An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant to join our client’s busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a busy setting, and has a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring stock is processed, prepared, and handled to a high standard. Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour Working Hours & Overtime Standard working hours are 40 per week. Any additional hours worked beyond this will be paid at an enhanced rate of 1.5x, including weekend shifts. During peak periods, flexibility is required and weekend working may be necessary. Key Responsibilities * Pick and pack garments accurately and efficiently * Fold garments to a high standard ready for dispatch * Use a steamer to refresh and prepare stock * Load and organise stock within the warehouse * Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines What We’re Looking For * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Physically fit due to the nature of warehouse work Crem Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy
