Tax Advisor

Tax Advisor - Permanent - Wilmslow - up to £65,000 DOE We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Tax Advisor to join our client based in Wilmslow. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across a varied client base, providing both compliance and advisory services while supporting the continued growth of the firm. Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of personal and/or corporate tax clients * Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation * Provide tailored tax planning advice to clients * Support senior team members on complex advisory projects (e.g., restructuring, inheritance tax planning, R&D claims) * Liaise directly with clients, HMRC, and other stakeholders * Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to clients and colleagues * Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities and adding value to client relationships Requirements * ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent experience) * Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation (personal and/or corporate tax) * Previous experience within an accountancy practice * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those successfully shortlisted for the role will be personally contacted
