Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor   A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established and reputable business within the agricultural and machinery sector. You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, at the right time, with a high level of service throughout. The Role As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently Keeping customers updated on order progress and availability Delivering consistently high levels of customer service Supporting stock control, including receiving, unloading, and organising parts Ensuring all items are stored correctly and systems are kept up to date Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet business demands About You We’re looking for someone who is: Ideally experienced in parts, stores, or a similar role within agricultural, automotive, or machinery sectors A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills IT confident and comfortable using internal systems Practical, hands-on, and highly organised A motivated team player with a proactive attitude In possession of a full UK driving licence What’s on Offer Competitive salary: £26,000 – £32,000 OTE (paid hourly, depending on experience) 24 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension + Life assurance  Ongoing training and development opportunities Overtime available with enhanced rates Working Hours Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week Saturday mornings on a rota basis Additional hours required during peak seasonal periods
